TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The e-Gift Card is issued by The Park Lane Hong Kong and can be used for food & beverage consumption in the hotel, events at the hotel, cake shop and accommodation with the reservation made through the hotel’s official website.
- The e-Gift Card is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The e-Gift Card will be forfeited once expired and will not be extended.
- Advance reservations are required and redemption is subject to availability. When making a reservation, please inform that this e-Gift Card will be redeemed.
- The QR code should be presented at the time of redemption. It is unique and can be used once only. It will be invalid after activation and not replaceable.
- This e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or other hotel products and services.
- This e-Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with dining e-Gift Cards, membership discounts and points or any other promotional offers and discounts.
- Partial redemption of the value of this e-Gift Card will not be accepted, any unused balance will be forfeited.
- Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon e-Gift Card redemption by Marriott Bonvoy™ members.
- The Park Lane Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of The Park Lane Hong Kong shall be final.
