The Story of “PL50” Premium Gin
The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, has collaborated with the esteemed local distillery, Two Moons Distillery, to craft “PL50” in celebration of the hotel’s 50th anniversary. This marks the inaugural gin produced by the hotel, inspired by its signature scent and Rooftop Herbs Garden, and harmoniously blending elements of both Chinese and Western cultures. “PL50” encapsulates the rich history of The Park Lane Hong Kong while reflecting the unique cultural tapestry of Hong Kong.
In line with our commitment to supporting local agricultural practices and sustainable development, we have meticulously selected locally grown citrus as key ingredients. We have incorporated Chinese Jasmine Tea, Japanese Genmaicha, and Sichuan Green Peppercorn to create a distinctive flavor profile. The resulting gin is refreshingly aromatic.

柏寧酒店與本地蒸餾廠Two Moons Distillery聯乘,共同釀出PL50,以慶祝柏寧酒店50周年紀念。
作為柏寧酒店首個氈酒出品,整個釀酒概念從酒店自家香氣和天台香草花園出發,配上中西文化合璧,從而創造PL50,代表著柏寧酒店的歴史及香港獨有文化。
材料方面,為支持本地農作業及可持續發展,我們特意選用了本地種植的柑桔和柚子,然後加上香片、日本玄米茶及四川藤椒。PL50氈酒味道清新而突出,入口時芬芳的水果花香在口腔內擴散,再配上低調的茶葉香氣。最後,四川藤椒帶來辛辣甘香的餘韻,極富層次感。
