Tasting Notes:
The color is close to the mineral <orpiment>: golden yellow with deep shades of orange. The nose harbors tender aromas of white stone fruits, plum,
Victoria plum, lifted by tender red fruitiness and fragrant violet flowers. A few summery harvest notes give a sunny
dimension, quite specific to cut cereals. The evanescence, the fine suggestion of the aromas proves to be very seductive
and subtle.
The dimension of the mouth proves to be loving and rigorous at the same time, the subtle touch perfectly balances the
blond and red fruity flovors while the finish develops with finesse, the faithful flavours of gourmet root vegetables.
